CC-A Series Ultra-high Vacuum Plug-in Valve is a vacuum valve which is driven by a screw by a handle to open and close the valve plate. It closes by spring force and then withdraws after opening. Valves are suitable for connecting or cutting airflow in ultra high vacuum systems. The use of high vacuum system to connect or cut off airflow.
The CC-A type of ultra-high vacuum plug valve is suitable for cleaning air and non corrosive gases.
